Community Midwives

If you are a patient of this practice, to contact the midwife team call 01209 717471 and a receptionist will pass the details onto the midwives working with this practice.  (For patients not registered at Pool, please contact your own surgery who will also pass on your message to the midwives working with that practice).  Messages are normally responded to by the midwives the same working day.  For emergency midwifery support patients should contact the on call midwife via details on their care record pack.
